This will make your life easier by applying size and appearance changes across all the frames instead of modifying them one at a time. To speed things up, you can go to Unit Configuration > Global and check the boxes for the frames you are using. Once you have the ones you want, you can begin setting the size and appearance with the “Unit Configuration” menus.
If you see some bars that you don’t want, you can turn them off under the “Enabled Units” menu. Once the settings open, you can click on the “General” option in the left menu and then uncheck the “lock frames” option to begin moving things around.

To get started with shadowed unit frames, you’ll want to install it and then type /suf in chat. Unit frame addons’ only downside is that they take some work to set up.
